Applications
IFP Neat cutting oil is recommended for machining ferrous as well as non-ferrous metals. IFP neat cutting oil is also recommended for free cutting on mild steel, which involves high spindle speeds and short cycle time, particularly on screw automats capstan or turret lathers. IFP neat cutting oils are used in a variety of machining operation e.g grinding turning milling broaching drilling tapping gear cutting etc. Primarily to provide cooling and lubrication which lead to good tool life and appropriate surface finish of components being machined.
